About this event
With Resident Teacher Sarah Frew
In Buddhism, emptiness has great meaning. It is the real nature of things, and is a very profound object. When we realize emptiness directly, we will attain permanent liberation from all our suffering. By putting Buddha’s profound instructions regarding how to stop grasping at the things we normally see into practice, our daily problems will definitely reduce and ultimately they will permanently cease. We should not waste this precious opportunity to train in the methods to accomplish this spiritual aim.
This series of classes will complement the Blessing Empowerment of Buddha Manjushri being offered on Saturday, November 7. No experience necessary. Everyone welcome.
