About this event
Join us for a Hot Mat Pilates class in an infrared-heated room set between 95-100°F. This class is designed for all fitness levels and offers a full-body, high-intensity, low-impact workout. Using body weight exercises and optional props, you'll strengthen and tone muscles while enhancing flexibility and balance. For hygiene and comfort, we provide yoga mats, but you are required to bring a yoga towel or your own mat to cover ours, as this is a sweat-intensive class. We do offer yoga towels for a $2 rental fee.
