About this event
Aerial Silks During this class, we will do a variety of different skills that will not only increase strength, but help increase flexibility too. In this class, you will gain more grip strength, flexibility tricks, and dynamic skills. Through a series of fun and concentrated classes, beginners will get an introduction to skills and advanced aerialists will get to learn and explore new movements and techniques.
