In this Hot Mat Sculpt Pilates class, you'll boost your heart rate with a faster-paced workout that blends dynamic Pilates movements and sometimes heavy weights. Each session focuses on sculpting a specific body part, ensuring a targeted and full-body workout over time. This high-energy class is designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and overall fitness, perfect for those looking to elevate their Pilates practice. For hygiene and comfort, we provide yoga mats, but you are required to bring a yoga towel or your own mat to cover ours, as this is a sweat-intensive class. We do offer yoga towels for a $2 rental fee.
