Holiday Trees Display & Auction

About this event

Which tree will you want to take home? Barbie's Dream-Tree? Broadway Stars? What about a tree inspired by Good Ol Charlie Brown?

The Holiday Trees Display & Auction is a fundraiser at the Carrollwood Cultural Center. View and bid on a variety of themed holiday trees displayed in our lobby from early November through mid-December. The online auction will end on Sunday, December 13, 2026 at 9 p.m. The winners will take home the tree, decorations, and all of the goodies that come with it! Proceeds benefit our Tom Jones Tuition Assistance Fund, which provides families in need of financial assistance with the opportunity to send their child(ren) to Summer Camp for free or reduced tuition.

Like most cherished holiday activities, this tradition began several years ago with the help of community members Shirley Overton and Denise Deneen, who introduced us to their creation, The Holiday Tree Project, to assist the Center in raising money. The idea is simple: collect a few artificial Christmas trees and decorate them with a unique theme to be auctioned off during a silent auction.

The Holiday Tree Display & Auction helps the Center raise approximately 25% of our total fundraising goal, which enables us to provide tuition assistance to qualified camp families.
