This intermediate-level class focuses on effectively Hitting Cross- In this Skill based class you will learn how to utilize hitting hard cross. Hitting Cross with pace, consistency and accuracy. You will need to use vision and listen to calls from your teammate. Please see court information for the location listed under "room". If you are new with us, do not follow the map shown in Mindbody.
