About this event
Level 1 is our adult recreational beginner program. This class is for beginners with a small amount of volleyball experience. You book level 1 events after you’ve mastered our essential introductory classes in Level 0. If you're still developing your skills and looking to build a solid foundation, this is the ideal place to further your volleyball journey. This class will focus on defensive positioning and strategies specific to 4s play to improve court coverage and team defense. Please see court information for the location listed under "room". If you are new with us, do not follow the map shown in Mindbody. We run events out of Northshore beach, Woodlawn park (17th Ave N & 19th St.), JW Cate Rec Center, and Skybeach Hotel & Marina. If you have questions, please email us at skyler@volleyballsolutions.com
