About this event

You will be guide through a series of challenging poses and platform changes to create a sweaty, but satisfying moving meditation. These classes are designed to cover prana vinyasa sequencing like sun A's, Dancing warriors 1,2,3 and other unique, creative, balanced, and mindful sequences. We will utilize the natural warmth of the room, the controlled breathing, and fluid sequencing as we collectively work towards a sweaty and satisfying practice. These classes are excellent for the student who wants to build strength and endurance.
